Returns and Refund:

  1. We can accept returns/ replacements for orders placed on binnoorfab.com within 7 days of purchase.

  2. Binnoorfab.com offers hassle-free returns which means the items can easily be replaced or returned provided the product is unused and not damaged

  3. The product must be returned in original packing along with the order details.

 

How to Return / Exchange:

  1. If you wish to return/exchange an item within 7 days of purchase please get in touch with us on WhatsApp 03064218416  with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process.

  2. if the product is damaged and changed from our side then we will pay the delivery charges.

  3. Our stock is 100% fresh. If there is still a major fault and you don't return it, we will give you 5 to 10 percent discount on your next order.

  4. To return the parcel, you need to go to your nearest Leopards office and book our address. Once we receive the parcel, we will send you the money. 

  5. If you do not receive what you ordered, then when you return the parcel, we will pay the delivery charges.

  6. And if you receive the fresh&same item and  return it after receiving it, then you will have to pay the delivery charges.
